What does the Majestic PPF warranty cover?

The warranty applies to the Majestic PPF film installed on your vehicle. Coverage runs for 5 years from installation against yellowing, cracking, bubbling and delamination of the film itself. The exact terms are confirmed when your registration is reviewed.

Which installations are eligible?

Any genuine Majestic PPF installation can be registered: full body, front protection or selected panels coverage kits. Keep your installation invoice and the film batch / roll serial number from your workshop; both are needed to complete registration.

What is not covered by the warranty?

Accepted Answer

The warranty covers the film, not events that damage it from outside. It does not cover: damage from accidents, collisions or vandalism; tears, punctures or edge lifting caused by impact or improper washing tools; damage from abrasive chemicals, harsh solvents or automated brush washes; peeling or adhesive failure after the vehicle is repainted or undergoes bodywork around the film; pre-existing paint damage or defects in the vehicle itself; and normal wear such as light swirl marking or water spotting. Coverage may also be affected if the film is removed or reapplied after installation.

Does the warranty cover my vehicle's paint?

No. The warranty is on the film itself. PPF protects paint while it is fitted, but claims are for film defects (yellowing, cracking, bubbling or delamination) not for the condition of the paint underneath or any damage to the vehicle.

How do I register my installation?

Use the registration form on this page. It has four short steps: owner details, vehicle details, installation details, then a review and confirmation step. Have your invoice number and date, chassis / VIN number, film batch serial, installation date and the workshop's details ready: the form asks for all of them.

What happens after I submit?

Accepted Answer

Your submission is saved and marked pending review, and you get a reference number on screen. Registration is a request, not an activated warranty or certificate: Genmech Industries verifies the details against the installation records and confirms eligibility, coverage and duration with you. If anything is unclear we will contact you using the details you provided.

When should I register?

Accepted Answer

Register soon after the installation, while your invoice and film batch details are easy to find. There is no fee to register. If you are unsure whether your installation was done with Majestic PPF, or you registered some time ago and have questions, contact us and we will help you check.
